Hi Stefan, this is a great article on the social media marketing trends in Asia and how it relates to business in Asia!

I'm exceptionally surprised by China's figures.

On the Importance of Social Media For brands and Businesses, I must add social media "humanizes" the experience of any interaction with a brand/company. For the longest time this has been absent. The only saving grace is when they actually use good customer service officers. Otherwise it seems the bigger they grow, the colder the face, and over time consumers feel all the company cares about is the bucks in their pockets. Not the best way to win customers.
